Relaxing Massage
The primary goal of this massage is to relax the entire body. This is accomplished by working the muscles with long gliding strokes in the direction of the blood returning to the heart. This type of massage is exceptionally beneficial for increasing the level of oxygen in the blood, decreasing muscle toxins, improving circulation and flexibility whilst easing everyday tension and stresses.
Indian Head Massage
This wonderful relaxing therapy includes massage of the shoulders, upper arms, neck, scalp and face. It can provide relief from headaches, neck and shoulder stiffness, stress symptoms whilst soothe, comfort and re-balance your energy flow which gives you a deep sense of peace, calm and tranquility.
Deep Pressure Massage
This technique focuses on the deeper layers of muscle tissue. It aims to release chronic patterns of tension in the body through slow strokes and deep finger, forearm and elbow pressure on the contracted areas of the muscles and tendons. This is not a relaxing treatment and a through medical history is required.
Ear Candling
This treatment is centuries old and used to remove wax build up and inner ear blockages. This soothing application involves placing a paraffin covered cylinder gently into the ear. The cylinder is then lit at the opposite end to create a vacuum. This is also beneficial for sinus trouble, especially during allergy session. A lymphatic drainage massage is applied to the face before and after the candling.
