For your comfort we have a no smoking policy throughout the salon.

You are required to fill in a Consultation Form that will arrive via email when booking your appointment. This email will be sent every time you book. you need only amend when something changes.

PATCH TESTING

It is a MUST to have a patch test for:

• Eyelash and Eyebrow Tint
• Lash Lift

If  a PATCH TEST is not carried out at least 48hours prior to your appointment, having not had TINTING, HENNA BROWS, EYELASH LIFT, EYELASH EXTENTIONS and SPRAYTAN with us before or after 3 months. YOUR APPOINTMENT WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE CANCELLED.

SALON ETIQUETTE

We ask that you please arrive for your appointment on time and wait in the lobby for us to open the door.

Please be kind, rudeness will not be tolerated and you will be banned.

Please note that as a courtesy to all our clients a prompt appointment schedule is adhered to, late appointments may not be honored. Treatments begun late will still finish at the appointed time, so other guests are not inconvenienced.

QUIET

To make the most out of your time with us and in respect for other guests, please ensure your mobile phone is switched off during your visit.

Please take care of your valuables, as we cannot take liability for their loss.

ARRIVAL

When you arrive at Innerbeauty, the front door will be locked. We know you are there, please take a seat and we will come and get when we are ready. Please sanitise your hands before coming into the Salon, its on the wall! We would also be grateful if you would wear a mask. If you don’t have one just ask, we have plenty!

CHILDREN

Due to strict Health & Safety guidelines, UNDER 12S ARE NOT PERMITTED into Innerbeauty, Sorry. However, children over the age of 12 will be permitted to be treated at Innerbeauty with theirs and parent/guardian consent.

GIFT CARD TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Gift Card is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
• Gift Card must be produced at the time of use.
• Gift Card can be used for treatments and/or goods.
• Gift Card can be used for full or part payment. No change will be given.
• Gift Card is non-convertible to cash.
• Gift Card is non refundable.
• Innerbeauty can not accept liability for lost Gift Card.
• Gift Card will only be extended by time in the event of a national lock down.
• Once bookings are confirmed, Innerbeauty cancellation policy will apply.
• Gift Voucher does not give the holder priority booking.
