“Stress, headache, anxiety, toxins, pain, depression, muscle aches. Let it all go with a massage’
Massage & Holistic
Swedish Massage
The primary goal of this massage is to relax the entire body. This is accomplished by working the muscles with long gliding strokes in the direction of the blood returning to the heart. This type of massage is exceptionally beneficial for increasing the level of oxygen in the blood, decreasing muscle toxins, improving circulation and flexibility whilst easing everyday tension and stresses.
Deep Tissue Massage
This technique focuses on the deeper layers of muscle tissue. It aims to release chronic patterns of tension in the body through slow strokes and deep finger, forearm and elbow pressure on the contracted areas of the muscles and tendons. This is not a relaxing treatment and a through medical history is required.
Indian Head Massage
This relaxing massage incudes shoulders, upper arms, neck, scalp and face. Helps relief from headaches, neck and shoulder stiffness, stress symptoms whilst soothing, comforting and rebalancing your energy flow.
Lomi Lomi Massage
First of all, what does “lomi lomi” mean? In Hawaiian, ‘lomi lomi’ translates to ‘rub rub’ – and this is exactly what a lomi lomi massage involves. Using long, deep strokes, the massage therapist will use their hands and forearms to relax your muscles and promote blood circulation throughout your body.

Reflexology
Reflexology is a type of therapy that uses gentle pressure on specific points along your feet to help you feel better. The theory is that this eases stress, and that helps your body work better. It’s also known as zone therapy.
Ear Candles
Ear candling is an alternative approach for removing earwax. It involves placing a lit, hollow candle in your ear to create a low-level vacuum that softens earwax and pulls it out, along with other impurities. While popular, there is no evidence that ear candling works.
