Please let us know before your treatment if you have any concerns regarding your health or well-being. Please notify us upon booking if you are pregnant so that we can advise on treatments and customise techniques that are safe for pregnancy. For your comfort we have a no smoking policy throughout the salon.

If you have any medical conditions, are pregnant or breast feeding or have allergies, injuries, skin complaints or infections, please discuss with your Beauty therapist (and doctor where necessary) prior to making your booking as this may direct your treatment options.

Patch Testing

It is a MUST to have a patch test for:

  • Eyelash and Eyebrow Tint
  • LVLs – lash lift
  • Spray Tan when pregnant

If a patch test is not carried out at least 24 hours prior to your appointment it will be cancelled, unless you have had tinting with innerbeauty in the last 3 months.

Salon Etiquette

We ask that you always allow enough time for your experience and arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment so we can record your current salon needs and details, offer you a refreshment and the opportunity to relax in the reception lounge.

Please note that as a courtesy to all our clients a prompt appointment schedule is adhered to, late appointments may not be honoured. Treatments begun late will still finish at the appointed time, so other guests are not inconvenienced.


To make the most out of your time with us and in respect for other guests, please ensure your mobile phone is switched off during your visit.

Please take care of your valuables, as we cannot take liability for their loss.


Our complimentary teas shall be offered to you on your arrival and also the end of your treatment. Your beauty therapist will complete the consultation process with you to ensure that your visit to innerbeauty is personally tailored to your requirements. Throughout treatments, the body will be modestly covered at all times.

At the end of your treatment you will have time to change and prepare yourself to rejoin the world, totally relaxed and at peace with your inner and outer being.


Due to strict Health & Safety guidelines, children are not permitted in any of the treatment rooms or reception room. However children over the age of 12 will be permitted to be treated at innerbeauty with parent/guardian consent.

  • Valid for 1 year from date of purchase, unless otherwise stated.
  • Gift Vouchers are non-refundable.
  • Please remember to bring your Gift Voucher to your appointment.
  • Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment time.
  • Late appointments may not be honoured.
  • Please provide a minimum of 24 hours notice to change or cancel an appointment. 100% of the treatment cost will otherwise be redeemed from the voucher.
  • The treatment must be received during the validity period stated on the voucher.

Where less than 24hr notice is given to cancel or reschedule your appointment a fee of 50% of the appointment total will be charged to your account. This must be settled before any future bookings can be made.

Non Arrivals

If you dont arrive to your appointment 3 times without informing us you will be required to pay for any services provided by innerbeauty before any appointment can be made.
